HOW TO ORDER
Select the items and quantity you would like to order from below. You will be sent an order confirmation upon completion of checkout letting you know that your order was processed. Please check your junk inbox to ensure it wasn't sent there! Items will be unavailable once they are marked as 'OUT OF STOCK' and the shop will not be re-stocked until our next pop-up.
1 - ITEMS ARE PICK-UP ONLY. PICK-UP LOCATION DETAILS WILL BE GIVEN AT CHECKOUT - Please make note of the delivery address and time as we do not refund orders that do not get picked up. Please take a snapshot of your confirmation for your records.
2 - PAYMENT MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO PICK-UP. Payment details and pick up location will be given at the time of checkout. Payment is via online bank transfer ONLY. There is no cash option - information and details will be given at checkout!

FAQ
- We do not refund forgotten orders, so please set a reminder for yourself. Orders that don't get picked up will be gifted to another belly.
- Not sure if we saw your payment come through? No worries - please screenshot your payment confirmation and present it when you come to collect your items.
- Didn't receive an automated order confirmation email? Please check your spam folder, too. If you still don't see it, email us at hello@scratchgourmetdesserts.com with the full name and email address used on your order, and we will check for you.
- The GIFT-WRAP ADD ON is exactly that - it does NOT include doughnuts or any other dessert items.
- Once items are marked as 'OUT OF STOCK' the shop will not be re-stocked until the next pop-up!
- THERE IS NO DELIVERY OPTION, ITEMS ARE PICK-UP ONLY.
